For years, Pismo Lighthouse Suites has been the backdrop for family getaways, coastal road trips, and easy-going Pismo Beach escapes. As we look ahead, we’re refreshing the spaces where those memories are made. Guest rooms and public areas will be reimagined with a design that feels calm, modern, and rooted in the relaxed rhythm of Pismo Beach.
Every choice is inspired by the coastline just outside our doors: the tones of the Pacific, the feel of salt-kissed mornings, and the welcoming comfort that keeps guests returning season after season.
What to Expect
The renovation project is designed to elevate the overall guest experience with updates to both guest rooms and shared spaces. Work will occur in thoughtful phases beginning in December 2025, with a focus on preserving the ease and enjoyment of your stay.
Construction will take place Monday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. During this period, we anticipate minimal disruption. Whenever possible, guests will be placed in rooms away from active work areas, and our team will keep communication clear and timely.
Key Dates and Temporary Closures
Lobby: December 2025 – February 2026
A temporary check-in area will be available in the room adjacent to The Galley.
Breakfast Room: January 2026 – April 2026
During this time, a complimentary grab-and-go breakfast will be served in the lobby.
Guest Rooms: December 2025 – April 2026
Room updates will be completed in phases with limited impact to the guest experience.
